When Elanco’s landlord decided to convert its building into a residential scheme, the animal nutrition and welfare firm had a chance to reflect on its working environment.
Morgan Lovell worked in close collaboration with Woods Bagot and Cushman & Wakefield to bring the Elanco design scheme to file. This project had sustainability at its heart, so as much furniture as possible was reused from their previous office, whilst new items and finishes were chosen for their environmentally-friendly qualities. The bright, open space allows for healthy levels of natural light, fresh air and comfortable acoustic.
In the reception space, a three seat Erik sofa is coupled with a pair of light Darcy chairs, offering a relaxed first impression. Adytum Space pods offer drop-in desk spaces with an element of privacy to allow users to focus, whilst mid-sized round Pop stools, along with height adjustable Laptop Tables, are used in open breakout and presentation spaces as a flexible seating option.
